Donnie is a boy who wakes up one night and walks his way to his house's garden, sleepwalking, where he finds a bizarre being. He tells him there's only a concrete time left for the end of the world. This would be the end of the story, but Donnie doesn't return home that night, and while he is outside, a plane engine falls on his house, exactly in his room, where he was supposed to be. After that, Donnie starts seeing and realizing what would have happened if he had died that night.
